· Non-quality related issues

· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

· For special applications other than general consumer use

· Lost/Stolen/Free/Refunded Products

· Any defect or damage caused by exposure to heat, cold, liquid or other external causes

· Unable to provide valid proof of purchase
